NewBitcoin gives you access to a global audience - a unique opportunity for business owners, side hustlers, and marketing representatives to attract new customers. Your offer appears alongside deals from recognizable brands, helping people discover you faster.

Posting offers is currently free in cash. Instead, you redeem a small amount of in-app rewards (Bits) to publish an offer - and you can earn Bits inside the app by completing activities.

In this guide, you’ll do two things:

  1. Create a business account (business profile)

  2. Create and publish a deal (offer)

Before you start

If you haven’t signed up for NewBitcoin yet, install the mobile app or open the web app:

You can sign up using your Google or Apple account.

Step 1: Create a business account

You only need to create your business account once. After that, you can publish deals anytime from your Business Dashboard.

1. Open your Account and go to Business Dashboard

Tap the user/account icon to open your Account page, then select Business Dashboard.

2. Start the Business Dashboard setup

On the Business Dashboard welcome screen, tap Continue to begin setting up your business profile.

3. Choose your business type

Select the option that best describes how you plan to post deals:

  • Registered business - for a formally registered business of any size.

  • Side hustle - for a sole entrepreneur or personal project.

  • Marketing representative - if you’ll post deals for multiple businesses.

  • Tap Continue.

4. Add your name and a contact method

Enter your name (or a nickname/brand name) and provide at least one contact method. You can use a phone number, email address, or a social media handle - whatever is easiest for customers to reach you. Tap Continue to move on.

5. Select your industry (and optionally add your website)

Choose the industry that best fits your offer. This determines which category your deals will appear in.If you have a website, you can also add it here (optional).

6. Add a short description

Write a brief description of what you do. Keep it simple and customer-friendly - one or two sentences is

plenty.

7. Review disclosures and submit your business profile

Review the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Check the boxes to agree, then submit your business profile.

8. Finish setup

Once your profile is complete, tap Get Started to create your first deal.

Step 2: Create and publish a deal

Deals are what customers see in the app. You’ll choose a type, add details, set an expiration date, and upload a photo. Before publishing, you can preview and edit your deal. Once it goes live, editing is not available.

1. Choose the offer type and write a short description

Pick the offer type that matches your promotion (for example: Percentage Off, Amount Off, Special Price, Buy X Get Y, or Free Shipping). The offer type also affects how users can filter your deal on the All Deals page. Then add a short description. This text appears on your deal card, so keep it clear and specific (example: “25% Off Dog Grooming”).

2. (Optional) Select a special category

Special categories can give your deal extra visibility on the dashboard:

  • Freebie - if your offer includes something free (may appear under Freebies).

  • Half Off - if the total savings are 50% or more (may appear in Half Off placements).

  • None - if neither applies.

3. Set the expiration date

Choose any date in the future. After that date, your deal is automatically deactivated.

The amount of Bits needed to publish is proportional to how long the deal runs. Extending the expiration date increases the cost.

4. Add offer details (link or terms)

Next, choose how customers will view the details of your offer:

  • Deal Link - send customers directly to a specific page on your website.

  • Terms of purchase - show the terms inside the app (helpful if you don’t have a website).

  • If you choose Deal Link, paste the URL to the offer page:

  • If you choose Terms of purchase, add the key terms and conditions:

5. Upload a photo

Add an image for your deal card. You can take a photo with your phone or upload an existing product image. For best results, use a portrait (vertical) image - the deal card layout is optimized for phone photos.

6. Preview, then publish

After you finish the setup screens, you’ll see your offer saved as a Draft. Review it carefully. You can still edit a draft, but editing is not available after the deal goes live.

When you tap Publish, you’ll see a confirmation screen with the Bits cost. Published deals deduct Bits immediately and the cost is not refundable - even if you delete the deal right away.

Figure 16. Confirm the Bits cost, then Confirm & Publish.

Once published, your deal becomes Active and is visible to users. You can find it in your Business Dashboard, and it will also appear on the app dashboard and All Deals page (based on category and filters).

Tips for a high-performing deal

  • Be specific in the description: include what the customer gets and the key benefit.

  • Use a clear photo: good lighting, simple background, and portrait orientation.

  • If you have a website, link directly to the exact offer page (not just your homepage).

  • Pick an expiration date that matches your promotion window. Longer deals may require more Bits.

  • Consider using Freebie or Half Off when it truly applies - those placements can drive more views.

Common questions

Is it really free to post a deal?

There’s no cash fee to post. Publishing uses in-app rewards (Bits), which you can earn inside the app.

Can I edit a deal after it’s live?

No. Make sure everything looks right while it’s still a draft. After publishing, you can delete the deal if needed.

Where will my deal show up?

Deals show up under the category that matches your selected industry. Freebies and Half Off deals may also appear in special dashboard sections.
